enSoie: What’s the easiest occasion for you to dress for – and the hardest?
Barathy: I struggle most with outfits for important occasions like weddings or special events, but I’m always satisfied with my travel outfits.

Do you think about colour a lot?
Yes, I love colour. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed that I’ve been wearing less of it and gravitating towards simpler shades like navy blue or dark grey. I wouldn’t have done that three years ago. Maybe it’s also because of the season.

Which item do you reach for most often – and why?
Any kind of sweatpants or track pants. I reach for them because they’re extremely comfortable, and I genuinely love the look. In my world, there’s no occasion where they feel out of place.
