Anna: The love between mother and child strikes me as the most intuitive, and perhaps also the strongest and most enduring.

How do you manage the balance between caring for others and caring for yourself?
Quite simply. I have a clear awareness that only when I am well can I care for others and truly be there for them.

Have you ever felt like a 'mother figure' to someone who was not your child?
Yes. Whenever friends or people I love find themselves in a moment of need, maternal feelings arise in me.
