A Morning at the Market with Miles Singleton
On a warm April morning, we met Miles Singleton at the market, wearing our timeless Joe long-sleeve shirt, paired with our signature Sophie jeans and a few cool accessories. We talked about traditions, what inspires him, and the objects that become more meaningful over time.
enSoie: Is there a tradition that is important to you and that you try to keep alive?
Miles: There are small habits that have almost become secret traditions. Nothing big – just little gestures that help me stay grounded.
enSoie: Is there anything from the past that is a source of inspiration for you in the present?
Miles: It’s not so much specific events, but moods, places, and views. I think what inspires me isn’t what happened, but how it felt.
enSoie: If you could bring back one object from the past, what would it be — and why?
Miles: My old Game Boy. Simply because it gave me the feeling of having all the time in the world, without any annoying updates.
