We meet Annik and her son Gustave in Geneva. She wears our Sophie trousers, while he carries the Cabas bag featuring the Monster print.

enSoie: What is the easiest situation for you to dress for, and the hardest?
Annik: My everyday work outfits are my favourite and the easiest to put together. As a photographer, I tend to wear dark clothes, grey jeans and comfortable shoes. I dislike having to leave these easy, familiar pieces behind for a more formal evening out.

Who were your early style icons?
Annik: Debbie Harry.
Gustave: A$AP Rocky and David Beckham.

What city or place has influenced how you dress?
Annik: Los Angeles. I love its cool, easy, sun-drenched and laid-back style.

enSoie: Is there a piece you own but rarely wear?
Gustave: I have a pair of four-legged Balenciaga jeans, but they feel a bit too much for everyday wear.

What is the “signature” object in your wardrobe?
Gustave: I wear the same watch every day, a vintage octagonal quartz Omega.
