Sophie Meier's refreshing summer drinks
Agua de limon con Chia
Ingredients
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 liters of warm water
Sugar
8 limes, squeezed
Ice cubes
Recipe
Leave the chia seeds to soak in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes.
Pour the water into a pitcher and add sugar to taste. It should not be too sweet, but refreshing.
Add the lime juice to the water.
Add the soaked chia seeds and stir well.
Serve with ice cubes and enjoy!

Agua de Jamaica
Ingredients
Approx. 4 liters of water
220g dried hibiscus flowers
30g sugar
Ice cubes
Recipe
Pour 2 litres of water into a saucepan, add the hibiscus and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Leave the hibiscus concentrate to cool.
Mix 1/4 hibiscus concentrate with sugar and dilute with 2 litres cold water, stirring vigorously.
Serve the hibiscus drink on the rocks.
