Terms and Conditions – Summer Tombola 2025

2. Promotional Period and Mechanics: The tombola promotion runs from 21 July 2025 to 9 August 2025.

• One lottery ticket will be issued per purchase at the point of sale
• A limited number of lottery tickets are available each week while stocks last
• Instant prizes must be redeemed immediately on-site

3. Eligibility: Participation is open to all individuals who make a purchase in-store during the promotional period. Participants under the age of 18 are presumed to have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Prizes: Various summer prizes are available. A selection is displayed in the Tombola window. All prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-exchangeable. No gift wrapping is possible.

5. Data Protection: No personal data is collected or stored in connection with this promotion.

6. Legal Provisions: Legal recourse is excluded. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. The organiser reserves the right to terminate the promotion early in the event of unforeseen circumstances. All decisions made by the organiser are final and binding.

2. Ablauf der Aktion: Die Tombola findet vom 21.07.2025 bis 09.08.2025 statt.

• Pro Einkauf wird ein Los an der Kasse ausgegeben
• Jede Woche gibt es ein begrenztes Kontingent an Losen – solange der Vorrat reicht
• Sofortgewinne müssen direkt vor Ort eingelöst werden

3. Teilnahmeberechtigung: Teilnehmen dürfen alle Personen, die im Aktionszeitraum einen Einkauf in unserem Geschäft tätigen. Bei minderjährigen Teilnehmenden wird die Zustimmung der Erziehungsberechtigten vorausgesetzt.

4. Preise: Es gibt zahlreiche attraktive Sommerpreise zu gewinnen. Eine Übersicht findet sich im Tombola-Schaufenster. Alle Gewinne sind nicht übertragbar, nicht in bar auszahlbar und sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.

5. Datenschutz: Im Rahmen dieser Aktion werden keine personenbezogenen Daten erhoben oder gespeichert.

6. Rechtliches: Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Die Teilnahmebedingungen können bei Bedarf angepasst oder die Aktion bei unvorhergesehenen Umständen vorzeitig beendet werden.
