Chiara is a production assistant and textile designer in the product development department at enSoie. Sina works as a sales assistant in our store in Zurich. Although they work in different departments, they communicate a lot and feel close to each other. They talked about this during a short walk along the Limmat river.

Michèle, our head stylist, and Rafael, our main photographer and filmmaker, are responsible for the look and feel of the brand's campaigns. A few weeks ago, they shot the Autumn-Winter 2024 campaign together. In their conversation, they reflect on their work, the highs and lows, the stress and harmony, self-criticism and confidence.

A story of freedom and belonging

Zarina and Tatiana are part of the sales team. At enSoie, their job is to make customers feel welcome and well-advised. The two have been working together for years and are also very close in their personal lives. During their lunch break, they talked about how work colleagues become friends and what that means for a team.
